Q: If you encounter unclear or size problems on the quotation?

Q: How much do I need to purchase to enjoy free shipping?

     Free delivery will be provided for purchases over $600. Otherwise, $200 will be charged as the delivery fee/delivery through SF Express

Q: How long are the product's warranty period?

     Depends on the product, the warranty details can be previewed on each product page

Q: How long will it take for the goods to be delivered after purchase?

     The goods will be delivered within 14 working days, depending on the delivery region and fleet arrangement

Q: Can I get discounts if I have a large order?

     Please contact us at 3480 8246, hand for you to follow up on discount offers 

Q: If the payment is unsuccessful/rejected on the system?

     Please check if your payment profile is correct (Including credit card number, expiration date, CVN,  and one-time password). If the above details are entered falsely or you left the transaction page midway, the order will be unsuccessful

Q: Special delivery arrangements for typhoons or adverse weather?

     The delivery service will be suspended and new delivery will be arranged according to the current situation. If the situation does not allow delivery on the same day, new delivery arrangements will be notified through "message"

Q: Can I return the products after placing the order?
          There is no return or exchange of the goods once the order is placed. If the goods are found to be  damaged upon arrival, please contact 3480 8246, your request will be followed up on return and exchange matters
